Tyler will always be remembered for his generous spirit and giving heart.
All those that had the opportunity to laugh with him will keep his spirit alive including his dog, Xena.

Posts By Ty's Friends on Facebook

Ryan Zollinger:

Tyler truly was a unique person. I am very blessed to have known him. As many have said, he was never without a smile or kind word. Tyler was and remains a wonderful example of the kind of person that our Father in Heaven wants us to be. My thoughts and prayers are with the Graham family.

Debra Zollinger:

We were so very blessed to have known Tyler. Such an up beat young man. In the 11 years that I knew Tyler I don't think I ever saw him without a smile on his face. He was a great example to the world. He will be missed in this earthly life, but I am sure that he is doing what he does best, teaching other spirits on the other side of the veil . Love ya Ty!

Elder Kester:

“What is This Thing That Men Call Death”
By President Gordon B. Hinckley

What is this thing that men call death,
This quiet passing in the night?
'Tis not the end, but genesis
Of better worlds and greater light.

O God, touch thou my aching heart,
And calm my troubled, haunting fears.
Let hope and faith, transcendent, pure,
Give... strength and peace beyond my tears.

There is no death, but only change,
With recompense for vict'ry won.
The gift of him who loved all men,
The Son of God, the Holy One.

Shayna Williams-Challacombe:

I only had met Tyler a few times in Burns but when I did meet him he was def a nice loving caring person who wanted to help others. He’s in an amazing spot with God and now he'll be looking over all you guys!!! You Will Be Missed Tyler!!!

Dee Johnson:

If words could describe the love I had for Tyler, but I am speechless. I loved Tyler so much. I have the best childhood memories with him in them. He makes the most amazing impression, even if you only knew him for moments. I have friends who only met him once and can put his bright smile to the boy they met. His high spirit will leave in imprint on me forever. I hope that I can live my life so that I can spend time with him once again. Ty.. I love you. I know you will be watching over me... I will miss you so much!

Jeffrey John Stott:

I remember Tyler, for being such a sweet young man who loved the gospel so much that he brought my soon to be wife into the church and I wish I could have seen him before he passed away to give him a huge hug and tell him thank you for all that he has done. I can find no better way to end this than by quoting my favorite scripture, Matthew 25:21. Well done thou great and faithful servant enter now into the kingdom of god.

Kayla Merriman:

There's something to say about a person who can be completely optimistic and spread love to others like wildfire as Tyler did. I didn't know him as well as some of the rest of you, but I remember his smile and his joyous personality. He always made you feel like you were not just welcome near him, but wanted there. That's the type of person who knows exactly who he is and who the rest of us are, and treats them as such. That's the type of person who has such complete faith that no negative influence, no matter how strong, can bring him down. That's the type of person who the Lord needs more than we do. He served his brethren here and has the opportunity to serve those who have passed on. We miss him as our friend here on earth, but I have no doubt that we will meet again and rejoice once again in the presence of our Father. Tyler, thank you for your time here and sharing your love with everyone you saw.

Mark Reyes:

I remember the first time I met Tyler, at that time Elder Graham. The first thing that struck me was his unhindered kindness. He was so enthusiastic and so full of life! Tyler was an instant friend and I know that others felt the same. We can truly say that he made the most of his time in this mortal life. He will be missed. I'll miss him

Lindsay McNeill:

I remember going to the Graham's to go four wheeling. Tyler got as many people on a four wheeler as he could so that no one would be left behind. It was a large group too! We had so much fun laughing at what a picture six people on one four wheeler made. Tyler was an amazing guy. Incomparable. There was something about him that just set you at ease. He wore his spirituality on his sleeve. He wasn't afraid to share what he loved and encouraged everyone to have a passion for life and the things they did. He is a wonderful example to me.

Daishau Lemos:

Tyler was such a kind spirit. I knew him in my younger days of high school. When i had heard of what happened my heart was deeply saddened. I hadn't known him in recent years, but from what i knew of him he was an amazing guy. My blessings and prayers go out to his friends and family. He touched my life and i only knew... him a short while. I think it’s a great idea starting this group, in collaboration of pictures and memories. His spirit will always remain with us. If touched many lives.

Alexandra Robbins:

I loved Elder Graham! He was so sweet and had a strong spirit! He'll be missed. :(

Mariknee Lowe:
IM am truly going to miss you. You were a awesome missionary who taught me and my kids well we love you and miss you.

Brandon McCullough:

I have nothing but absolute good memories from the two transfers I spent with Tyler. He was simply the nicest, happiest, most optimistic person I know. I think everyone has mutual feelings for the great guy. I remember morning exercises use to scare me so bad! Haha. He would have me put the practice gloves on and he would do his jump kicks and punches, getting carried away and punching me! Haha. But always giving me a hug and apologizing. He even hypnotized me to sleep one night and it was the best sleep I had all transfer! I'll admit, sometimes or morning studies consisted of talking about our dreams and trying to figure out what they meant. He had a huge heart and loved serving the Lord. He could reach people that could not be reached before and made people feel comfortable. We all know what he is doing, continuing that missionary work that he loved. Haha what a great guy! I love you man! See you soon!

Our Friend

Let's never forget how wonderful, amazing, friend Tyler was to all of us, he could easily make you smile when you needed. A room will light up every time he walked in. He loved life and eveything about it. He had such an amazing spirit, such a strong testimony about the gospel. He loved everyone and everyone loved him. He will be missed. We love you Tyler. You will never be forgotten.

Jamesen Birkel share the following about Tyler "He's a very special and Unique person, And it was his time to move on. I don't doubt that his presense was needed else where. It's so nice to know the plan of salvation. It must be so comforting for his family at this time. For some reason I thought Tyler was still out on a mission. I forget that a lot of time has gone by since I last saw him at his farewell. He was a very spiritual person. I love that guy! "

This pictures were taken just a few weeks before his mission.

The Ty I Know

Ever since we have lived in Stayton(1995) our lives have been intertwined with the Graham family. We all started out as friends and it grew from there into a family relationship. Tyler has always been like a little brother to me. He was so easy to like and love. If you saw Ty smile, there was no way that you couldn't smile. It was so infectious! He had the BIGGEST heart in the world. And had more love for animals than anyone I have ever met...I remember his baby skunk (that wasn't very nice), his ferret, his chinchilla, his 2 or 3 pugs, and probably a whole bunch more that I never had the pleasure of meeting.

Ty was one of a kind, and everyone who knew him knows what I mean. There just wasn't anyone like him. He always put a smile on your face and made you feel so good about yourself.

I have a lot of great memories of Ty, but ones that I will treasure the most came right after I came home from my mission. Him and Brolin were preparing to go on missions and I was trying to adjust back into everyday life. Many mornings we would meet and go out on the Graham's trampoline and have a morning scripture study. It was so fun telling them experiences I had and share with them my testimony of the Gospel and vice versa. Ty and Brolin really helped me to adjust back to normal life and I will be forever grateful for those times that we spent together laughing and just enjoying each others company. I'm so grateful that I have memories to look back on and remember Ty. He will be sorely missed by myself and so many other people.

Thank you Ty for always being yourself, and not being afraid to stand up for what you believe. Thank you for your testimony of the Gospel that brought the Spirit into so many people's lives. I love you and miss you so much!

My cousin Stephen sent me this picture of him and Ty in the MTC. This is how I remember Ty. Man, I really miss him.

Tyler's Family Pictures

We are so happy to have taken these pictures a couple of months ago just after Tyler returned from his mission. It was such a happy time and that is what we want to remember (also is what Tyler would want us to remember about him).
